摘要：本文旨在探討醫(yī)院醫(yī)用耗材供應鏈管理現(xiàn)狀，為醫(yī)用耗材的規(guī)范化管理提供相關建議。通過現(xiàn)場訪談、座談會、設計查檢表等調研方式方法，查找醫(yī)用耗材需求環(huán)節(jié)、配送環(huán)節(jié)、倉管環(huán)節(jié)等各環(huán)節(jié)中存在的問題。針對醫(yī)用耗材供應鏈各相關環(huán)節(jié)管理中存在的問題提出相應的整改措施。這些措施可優(yōu)化醫(yī)用耗材供應鏈流程，完善耗材管理制度，降低耗材使用成本，提高醫(yī)院耗材精細化管理。
