國(guó)際海事委員會(huì)(comité　maritime　international，cmi)，是促進(jìn)海商法統(tǒng)一的非政府間國(guó)際組織(the　object　of　which　is　to　contribute　by　all　appropriate　means　and　activities　to　the　unification　of　maritime　law　in　all　its　aspects)。1897年創(chuàng)立于比利時(shí)安特衛(wèi)普。
